Customized Calligraphy for your complete wedding invitation ensemble. Cost includes a thorough design and consultation session; artwork for the invitation copy (up to 13 lines); reception copy; the RSVP card copy; the RSVP envelope address; the return address of the invitation outer envelope; and the title "Directions" for direction cards (optional). Hard copy proof and ready to print hi-res digital file supplied on CD. (Addressing envelopes priced separately.) - starting at $350

 

Envelope Addressing

Staggered and/or centered (depending on address and choice of client) Black, blue-black, or dark brown ink (Other colors may be available upon request. Custom colors charged additionally.) Zip codes or single words or names on their own line are complimentary.

Outer envelope only up to 5 lines - $3.00

Outer and inner envelope set - $3.50

Inner envelope only - $1.00

 

Seating chart

All artwork created on heavy-weight, high quality, acid free paper, and the technique is usually a computer font generated layout of the guest’s names (for ease of flexibility and turn around time) with the names of the bride and groom, dates, monogram and/or customized artwork by hand. The printing process is a large format ink-jet or “Giclee” print that produces beautiful results. Matting or framing is not included. Size of the paper is proportional to the number of lines and overall design.

For a detailed estimate, a consultation is needed to outline the specifics of the job, but an average price for a 22 x 28 inch chart is between $300.00 and $500.00

 

Menu and Program design

Proof and ready to print hi-res digital “camera ready” supplied on CD ready for the printer. - from $7.00 per full line

 

Couple’s logo

The names of the bride and groom hand-lettered in chosen script style with flourishing (optional). This is very useful as it can be featured on an invitation, program cover, Menu, etc., and can be beautifully combined with computer fonts. Proof and ready to print hi-res digital file supplied on CD.

First names only – from $75.00

First and Last name(s) from $85.00

Monogram

Custom hand-lettered monogram. Proof and ready to print hi-res digital file (Black and white) – from $125.00

Preparing an unedited guest list following rules of proper etiquette  – request an estimate by submitting your unedited list (minimum $20.00)

Invitation assembly – Each invitation is properly assembled, stuffed, sealed and postage applied. (Client provides postage) - $0.75 each

Wax seal - $0.75 each - Client supplies brass seal or can choose from 4 designs; rose, fleur-di-lis, heart or Celtic knot) (glue gun wax provided by client unless otherwise arranged).

Escort cards (Names on envelope, table on inner card.) - $1.75 per set

Tent cards with name and table numbers - $1.50

Computer Printing Services

Not all envelopes can be put through a printer. Limiting factors include size, certain coated papers and very thick envelopes. We would be happy to meet or receive an envelope in the mail to test if it is able to be printed.
